Are you looking for a supportive group through which to do some self-exploration?

The voice is a unique tool we all have that supports our path of healing and self-discovery. This group is an opportunity for women who are engaged on their journey of self-discovery and self-expression using the voice, song and visualization in a supportive group experience.

Dates: Tuesdays, March 22, April 5 at  10-11:30am

Location: Southminster United Church, corner of Aylmer and Bank Sts. Entrance is at the back of the building off the parking lot on Galt St.
