Starting October 5, 19 and 26th, Pamela is offering a Introductory Vocal Toning Group.

Toning is the use of the voice to support your body’s natural ability to heal itself. It works with the mind/body/spirit model of well-being.

Do you feel stuck in your life, or have a nagging sense that something could be better than how your life is playing out? You may be experiencing a beginning of illness or looking for a new direction to explore. This group is for you.

In this class, we’ll explore some basic techniques and approaches for using the voice for self-exploration. You will receive an introduction to the chakras and learn something about your energetic body. Singing of sacred mantras will be part of each session.
