What it’s about:

Feel stuck in the world of the left brain? Come stretch out, explore, reach in and reach out using movement, instruments, art and voices. This is about liberating blocked energy and creativity, with activities to bring balance into your life, and enhance interpersonal communication.

No experience is needed.

You’ll want loose, comfortable clothing. I invite you to bring a clip board and rhythmic musical instruments.
