Location: Nectar Centre, 255 MacKay St., 3rd floor, Ottawa (not far from Beechwood Ave/Vanier Parkway and Crichton St for buses)

Cost:Five sessions for $93.75 + HST=$105.95 Individual sessions may be attended for $20 +HST = $22.60
