A Course in Active Listening:

An in-depth understanding of the benefits of music has been growing over the past few decades. Cognitive researchers, healers and therapists from a wide range of perspectives are building clusters of techniques to help you to live a healthier, happier life.

Bring fresh new ears to music listening, and build on your understanding of music with Music Appreciation with Active Listening. Explore the basic building blocks of music through listening, playing, singing and art. You will learn about the fundamental elements of music, like rhythm, metre, tone, etc., how they come together and how engaging with them can help with your wellness journey. This is also a great starting point for people wanting to go on to learn an instrument or sing.
