Expressive Journey through the Chakras with Classical Music and Art

Master musicians and composers have long been amongst the healers of each generation and the best music continues to bring its healing to those who open to it. Pamela Holm will present classical music chosen to open the chakras, and guide us through a Healing Journey with visualization. Pastels and paper will be provided so that you may express your experience using color, creating a piece of art to take home.

“What is the soul?”

“Where do we go when we die?”

These are big questions and ones with which people have been fascinated forever, it seems. The archeologist digging up tombs in ancient Egyptian pyramids, Mayan temples and other parts of the world have brought home our fascination and lead us to ask questions about life and death and who we are.

“What brings on cancer or other traumatic illnesses?”

Modern medicine tends to treat us as physical bodies in crises, helping us to cope with an emergency in our bodies or psyche, but what about the harmful side effects of drugs? Empathic wisdom is that many health care issues have associated sub-conscious emotional and mental patterns. Reach these and healing is more effective.

Religions can teach us how live in peace together, when we really try to incorporate the Masters’ teachings into our lives. But then, we can also be misled by those whose egos get too big or have ulterior motives. Sometimes they can seem more interested in continuing their traditions and maintaining their buildings than offering spiritual guidance or supporting their parishioners to ask deep questions.

Some contemporary leading edge scientists such as Bruce H. Lipton, Gregg Braydon, and a range of quantum physicists, have been working through science to rediscover the spiritual connection.

Mystics from across the ages have shared mystical experiences, encountering spiritual masters and angels, sometimes during a spiritual crisis, or a near death experience. (At times, persecuted as heretics and then later sainted because of popular support and healings that happened in their presence). Have you felt the presence of your guardian angels? Perhaps in an accident where somehow you were lifted out of danger (I had one of those). Children have experiences of their guardian angels….like my young nephew who referred to the “mommy with wings who sleeps under the bed”? Or the archangels like Gabriel who visited Elizabeth and Mary to announce the conception of their children?

In our daily lives, why do we feel drawn to one place or person, and not another? Why do we struggle with one family member but not another? What inspires us to go into a particular occupation or to take up a pastime activity? Have you been drawn to explore a specific time period or place, say the middle ages, or ancient Egypt? What brings you to a state of awe? Why does a painting or scene take your breath away? Is there something you feel passionate about…..where your soul leads you to explore?

“Why is a child born with their umbilical cord around their neck? “

”Why does someone have an intense fear of water, but has had no incident of near drowning to bring on that fear?”

These are all questions of the soul where spiritual journeys and past life exploration can offer illumination. Come meet your guides and angels, explore your lives and promote inner well being.

I also offer sound healing sessions where, as I play singing bowls and vocalize your soul song, your guides bring you the experiences for which you are ready. I pray our work together facilitates healing and hope for a brighter tomorrow.

How has this happened and can we rectify this? It is said that waves of sound, like light, continue on forever, reflecting, refracting and bouncing around. With satellite technology and resulting cell phones etc, are we polluting our atmosphere and waters with more than we can handle?

I find I can feel the radiation off of cordless and cell phones and within a minute or so on a cell phone feel my jaw heating up where I have a metal crown. From what I have read, the energy coming from a cell phone is the same kind as from a microwave oven, so that by holding a phone close to your body – head – you are microwaving your brain. That makes sense from my experience of phones. They are convenient. No question about it. But if I cannot tolerate more than a minute, what is happening to those who are using their cell phones, pagers, etc daily.

There is well documented research that touts the dangers of cell phones, but the industry and consumers, naturally, want to believe it is safe. Many have invested heavily in telecommunications. We would all like it to be safe. But is it really? Allowing ourselves to ask such questions is a beginning. Change is tough. Finding we have invested billions of dollars into technology that is harmful to us is hard to take. Following this article is an excellent one with some information to start a conversation about this and suggests ways of protecting yourself and your children.

Over the course of history, we have made many choices that have hurt both us as a species and as a planet. In our urge to bring healing and correction to the karma from those decisions, we have to take a hard look at effects and abandon our egos a bit. The research suggests connections of cell phones with brain and ear tumors, nerve disorders, some cases of Alzheimer’s, autism, ADHD, and many other conditions. It also suggests that the use of certain antioxidants can help prevent damage.

I suggest that we need to look beyond simply taking our personal antioxidants (though please do that, too), and think of the fish, whales and other inhabitants of our home planet. We are here together and they are at our mercy. Karmic release helps us be able to change, but we must make the choice and start asking questions….and let go of our fear of being wrong, and of having made mistakes, so we can move toward health consciousness and true prosperity.
