Pamela Holm

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario) and Accredited Music Therapist (MTA-Canadian Association of Music Therapists) in Ottawa, Ontario.

A singer and musician from childhood, I found music helpful for my own healing long before I discovered the field of music therapy, finding the expressive opportunity of playing the piano or guitar, and singing opened my ability to express and make sense of my emotions. I trained in voice and integrated music at Concordia University, Montreal, and subsequently Music Therapy training at Capilano College in North Vancouver. I started exploring the use of crystals and visualization with the chakras while  I was in music school,  and upon returning to the field of music therapy after a break, have been finding ways of integrating the models. Through my training programs and work, I have provided services to children and teens with a wide range of challenges from emotional issues coming from trauma,  developmental delays or intellectual challenges, autism, and learning disabilities. Other clients include adults with mental health issues, palliative care, dementia care and long term care.

Some of my influences include anthropology, international development, comparative religions and spirituality, feminist spirituality, music and its use in religious and spiritual practices, visual and theatre arts, international cultures, travel and languages.

Aware of the challenges involved in healing deeply seated trauma, from personal experience, I found myself led to Essential Energy Balancing, the process which has led to my ascension practice, karmic release and led to the opening of my talents and intuitive healing gifts, by bringing me into the teaching of the Ascended Masters who are known as the Lords of Karma. I am grateful for their guidance, compassion, wisdom. I have been amazed to experience the profound healing that has been given to me, and also through me for others’ benefit. It is truly a blessing. Working with the Ascended Masters and Archangels is incomparable.

I have trained to  Reiki II and Essential Energy Balancing III, as well as the basics of Therapeutic Touch, and have some training in sound healing, but this comes intuitively for the most part under the guidance of the ascended masters and Archangels. I am an empath and anchored medium and channel. I also have a longtime interest in family systems.
